We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. We only offer refunds for items if they are defective or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

We would need a receipt and picture or video proof of the defective product in order to continue with the refund process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return through email.
If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Love Box guarantees its products for 1 year from the date of purchase to be free of material and/or workmanship defects. If a claim is made involving one of our products, we reserve the right to replace a broken or defective product with a standard product.
Certain products are available for a limited time only; if your product is within this category, Love Box's liability under this warranty shall be at our option to repair or replace the product.
exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can contact us by email at Contact Us and we will walk you through the Exchanging process.
Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
